The Laboratory was founded in 1986 to focus its work on development and implementation of protective measures in animal husbandry in the affected areas in order to provide regulatory-clean livestock production and consequent reduction of individual and collective radiation doses of consumers.
• Work out recommendations and guidelines for efficient use of fodder resources on radionuclide-contaminated territories to reduce radiation doses of population;
• Develop new methods and techniques to reduce radionuclide transfer from animal feed to animal products;
• Study the effects of veterinary drugs and feed additives of organic and mineral origin on reduction of radionuclide concentrations in animal products;
• Provide consultation services and practical assistance to agricultural organizations in contaminated areas on feeding, raising/breeding and reproduction of farm animals;
• Develop new and adapt existing livestock-related methods and techniques to specific conditions of land radioactive contamination.
Recommendations and Guidelines on:
• Criteria for conversion from dairy cattle breeding into specialized beef production;
• Waterfowl management (geese, ducks) on private holdings and farms located in contaminated areas;
• Beef cattle breeding in the context of radioactive contamination;
• Dairy goat breeding on private holdings and farms located in contaminated areas;
• Production of regulatory-clean marketable horsemeat in contaminated areas;
• Beef production with 137Cs concentration levels less than 160 Bq/kg in contaminated areas;
• Beef production in compliance with the Russian Federation’s requirements for 90Sr concentration levels;
• Livestock management on private holdings and farms located in contaminated areas. бесплатно шаблоны dle 10 на сайте и скачать фильмы у нас на сайте есть скачать игры бесплатно бесплатно
